These services provide secure access at any hour of the day. When you have questions or need help, you have several options.

Contact SPELC Federal Credit Union to enroll. You will receive a User ID and a temporary Security Code. The first time you access your account you will need to change your temporary Security Code to another code you select. It must be eight digits including two letters and six numbers. This will be case sensitive. Protect this code just as you do for your ATM PIN number and change it often. If you forget your Security Code contact the credit and a staff member will reset your User ID pin after confirming your identity.
