PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT MEMBER SERVICES IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS WHILE YOU ARE ENROLLING YOUR ACCOUNT. To enroll on home banking, you will need the member account number, PowerLine/Call 24 PIN, Social Security number & the Address/PO Box number for the account. The Call 24 PIN is the 4 digit PIN # used when calling the PowerLine (automated phone access). When the account is opened, the Call 24 PIN is the last four digits of the primary member’s social security number. When/if you call the PowerLine, you will be prompted to change your PIN. The PowerLine phone number is 813-740-2447 or toll free 1-877-628-2447. You must read the Terms and Conditions and then check the box next to “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions” and then Continue. Create a Logon ID (Username) and Security Code (Password). Create a Security Phrase. A Security Phrase is a memorable phrase that you choose. For your security, ensure that this unique Security Phrase is always visible on the Security Code page to verify that you are not on a phishing site. Enter a memorable phrase that will be displayed on the Security Code page each time you login. This phrase can help you verify the authenticity of this web site. Do not use sensitive information such as account number, Security Code, or social security number in your phrase. Select 3 security questions and provide the answers. The answers are case sensitive. Once you access your Account, if you decide to change your Logon ID, Security Code, Challenge Questions and/or Security Phrase, you may do so by simply clicking on Account Options tab, then in the Security Information menu, click on each item you wish to edit. To enroll, click here. If you encounter an issue during the logon process, it may be resolved by checking the Browser Checklist.
