Enrolling with Virtual Branch
To subscribe to Virtual Branch you will need to contact the Credit Union at 978-686-1471 to obtain your PIN for enrollment. Protect this code just as you do for your ATM PIN number and change it often. If you forget your Security Code, contact the credit union and an administrator will reset your User ID after confirming your identity.
Periodic Statements
Transfers and withdrawals made through Virtual Branch will be recorded on your periodic statement. You will receive a monthly statement for all accounts having any electronic transaction.
Member Liability
The member is liable to the Credit Union for any loss, cost or expense incurred resulting from the member’s failure to follow this agreement. The member authorizes the Credit Union to deduct any such loss, costs or expenses from their account without prior notice. If we bring a legal action to collect any amount due or to enforce this agreement, the Credit Union is entitled, subject to applicable law, to payment of reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, including fees on any appeal, bankruptcy proceedings and any post-judgment collection actions.Getting Started
