Welcome to Greater Nevada Credit Union’s eBranch and ePay system.

GET STARTED

If you are not currently an eBranch and ePay user and would like to become one, you may enroll online by clicking the "Online Enrollment" link in the left hand navigation bar.

You may also stop by any of our branches or call us at (775) 882-2060 or (800) 421-6674.

Once you are enrolled in eBranch, you will be able to view your account balances and transaction history, export account information, set up account transfers and create a list of ePay merchants and accounts.

Simply use the lefthand navigation menu to find the option you need, and follow the instructions on the page.

ePAY

If you are using ePay, please allow additional time for payments to reach your payees the first time you process the payment. Electronic payments need to be verified in the system, and this may cause delays to the normal two-day process for receiving electronic payments. Once the status of electronic payees is verified, electronic payments should be received within the normal 2 business day period. Payments during the first payment cycle may take as long as 5 business days to be processed. Please note: Payments scheduled on a weekend or holiday will reschedule on the previous business day.

You now also have the capability to access eBranch by using your web-enabled cell phones through our new Mobile Banking system, which is part of this upgrade. To find out more about this feature, click the “Wireless” link in the left hand navigation menu.
