Enter your Member (Account) Number from your statement with no spaces.
Your PIN is the same as your self-service, audio response PIN. This number may not be the same as your debit card PIN.
If you do not know this number, you can contact the credit union during regular business hours at 800-621-4828 or 314-621-4575 for assistance.
