Contact Firestone Lake Charles Federal Credit Union to enroll. You will receive a User ID and a temporary Security Code. Once you login you will be asked to select another code, known only to you, that must be between 8 –16 digits and must include at least 2 letters and 2 numbers. This will be case sensitive. Protect this code just as you would any confidential information such as ATM Pin, etc, and change it often. If you forget your Security Code contact the Credit Union and a staff member will reset your Code after confirming your identity.
