Getting Started
 

Welcome to Des Moines Metro Credit Union’s Home Banking. We are pleased to offer you a convenient way to:

  • pay your bills

  • check account balances

  • transfer funds

  • view account histories, and download account information into your favorite desktop financial software

To enroll in Home Banking, click on the Enroll button on the log on screen. To enroll yourself in Home Banking, use your member number and PIN (your debit card/ATM PIN). If you don't have a PIN, use the last four digits of your social security number.

If you have a checking account, you can enroll yourself in online Bill Pay. Simply log on to Home Banking, click on Bill Pay, accept the Terms & Conditions, and you’re ready to start paying bills. You will all have access to person-to-person payments and be able to transfer money to other financial institutions (for a nominal fee).

Both Home Banking and Bill Pay are free. If you do not pay a bill within 90 days, we may set your Bill Pay status to “inactive”, and you will have to re-enroll..
