Getting Started

Welcome to CU@Home your Virtual Branch!

We are pleased to offer you a convenient way to check balances, transfer funds, view account history, and pay bills through the Internet.

To request Internet access, call or visit your Credit Union to receive your User ID and Security Code.

If you have already signed up at the Credit Union office or by phone, you are ready to begin.

ENTER THE LOGON ID YOU RECEIVED FROM CREDIT UNION STAFF
and click OK.

Follow on screen instructions to enroll in Enhanced Authentication.
(Check the Enroll in Enhanced Authentication box) Enter Security Code received from credit union staff and click OK.
You will receive a message: Logon accepted, please change your security code. Click OK.
First, choose an image and secret phrase combination that is known only to you.
(You will see this image and phrase each time you log on. When you see your secret image and phrase, you can be reassured that you are logging on to your actual Internet banking or bill payment site).
Next, select three Challenge Questions and Answers.
(Challenge Questions are used to verify your identity when the system detects a questionable logon attempt or you are not using your home computer.)
Click next and you will be logged in to CU @ Home.

You can now change your Security Code: click Personal Information under the Personal Options button on the left and select Change Security Code from the menu at the top of the page. (Must be 8 characters with at least 2 numbers and 2 letters).

You can also change your Login ID, select a Passphrase to reset your Security Code if you have forgotten it, setup Alerts, add your email address to receive alerts and security code resets, and other personal information.
