Preliminary Information

This is our online loan application for new borrowers who do no not have a Revolving or Share Draft Line of Credit.

If you already have a Revolving Line of Credit with us and would like to request a new advance, just click the Revolving Advance Request, print, complete, and fax it to 810-985-4039, or call the office at 810-985-6371.

New Borrowers, continue and complete the application and click the submit button. Your application will be reviewed within 24 hours.

To process your loan request, please provide income documentation from the list below:

  • Current month paystub (s)
  • Last two years tax returns (Self-Employed)
  • Current financial institution statements for direct deposit (social security, retirement, pension, etc.)
